Centralized Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• You will work as a team to ensure efficient office operations and timely patient calls.
• You will accurately schedule procedures and communicate visit details to patients.
• You will assist with pre-registration by obtaining demographic and insurance information.

Qualifications:

• You have a high school diploma and two years of healthcare customer service experience.
• You possess excellent communication and attention to detail.
• You are able to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
