Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and fax requests to efficiently schedule outpatient tests.
- Complete pre-registration of scheduled patients and verify all provider orders are obtained.
- Maintain the scheduling system and check insurance eligibility.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of radiology scheduling or patient access experience preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance payors, medical terminology, and CPT-ICD 10.
- High school diploma or GED required; ability to work remotely with little supervision.
