About the opportunity:

  • Responsible for scheduling office visits and procedures, providing patient information, and completing pre-certifications.
  • Additional administrative duties include tracking biopsy specimens and ensuring accurate processing.

What you will do:

  • Schedule all office visits and procedures, communicate changes to team members, and remind patients of appointments.
  • Process insurance pre-certifications, update patient registrations, and collect required fees.
  • Cross-reference biopsy specimens daily and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational values.

What you will need:

  • 2 years of administration or medical office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and OSHA rules preferred.
