Senior DevSecOps Engineer

CI/CD and Infrastructure:

• Design and own CI/CD and infrastructure across application teams, using agentic AI to build pipelines and validate outputs.
• Architect deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) and direct AI-built infrastructure code.
• Build shared standards with DevSecOps peers to make every team faster and safer.

Security and Compliance:

• Integrate SAST/DAST/SCA, secrets scanning, least-privilege IAM, and encryption into pipelines.
• Operate within compliance frameworks including HIPAA/HITRUST and SOC 2 for behavioral health data.

Observability and Production:

• Own application observability, tie alerting to product SLOs, and help debug issues in production.
• Participate in deployment calls, on-call response, and incident reviews.

Collaboration and Coaching:

• Work with multiple application teams and DevSecOps peers to generalize practices.
• Coach engineers on specifying, delegating, and validating AI-generated code.
