Job Description
This Accounting Clerk role is an essential part of the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You'll be responsible for maintaining ledgers, assisting with monthly, weekly, and quarterly reporting, handling credit card reconciliations, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. This also includes processing bank requisitions, maintaining reporting dashboards using Excel, and utilizing SAP to review financial data and create reports.
The role demands maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, monitoring cash needs and preparing cash forecasts, identifying reporting and financial trends, and assisting with procurement which include issuing virtual credit cards. This a 1-year contract.
