Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will make 300–500 outbound calls daily to inbound warm leads. You will qualify leads using loosely structured scripts, active listening, and objection handling, and schedule product demos for Account Executives or transfer hot leads directly in real time. You will maintain accurate contact records, statuses, and call notes in HubSpot, monitor engagement from re-activated or stale leads and re-engage when appropriate, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize scripts and lead conversions. The right candidate will have 1+ year of phone-based or inside sales experience (SaaS or real estate a plus), be energized by high-volume calling and direct outreach, and skilled in navigating conversations and qualifying prospects quickly.
