Project Leadership:
- Serve as the client-side project lead for a complex enterprise software implementation.
- Coordinate the client, software vendor, subcontractors, and other project participants.

- Coordinate business process review, requirements validation, system configuration, and testing.
- Lead integrated readiness and cutover planning, including dependency management and stakeholder communications.
