Senior Director of Client Engagement

Responsibilities:

• Own successful delivery of professional services projects, ensuring contracted services and outcomes are met.
• Lead engagement initiation, workplan development, and monitor performance against milestones and deliverables.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent client engagements, balancing priorities and delivery risk.

Client Relationships:

• Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Lead regular client meetings, communicate progress, and address concerns.
• Act as a trusted advisor, connecting project activities to broader institutional goals.

Team Leadership:

• Direct work of assigned consultants, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
• Maintain regular communication to monitor progress and resolve barriers.
• Identify performance or fit concerns and collaborate with Services and Resource Management.

Engagement Economics:

• Manage financial performance, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and gross margin.
• Ensure engagements begin promptly and monitor consulting hours against workplans.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
