Own the day-to-day delivery of technical client engagements across blockchain, financial infrastructure, and distributed systems.
Collaborate with software engineers, technical leads, and clients to create structure and clarity.
Communicate technical constraints clearly to clients and escalate issues proactively with context and options.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from initial planning and kickoff through delivery and close.
Maintain accurate view of project health across scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings, and retrospectives to support effective execution.
