What your impact will be:
- Deliver outstanding project control, ensuring plans, budgets, and scope exceed expectations.
- Lead project scope negotiations and manage evolving requirements effectively.
- Identify and assess business opportunities for PMO process improvements.
Project Delivery & Critical Issue Resolution:
- Adhere to and refine project schedules for all phases including start-up and post-implementation.
- Prioritize project needs based on tasks, obstacles, budgets, resources, and deadlines.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using structured escalation protocols.
Client Management & Leadership:
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope changes while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate project updates, critical issues, and progress to clients and leadership regularly.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
