Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Project Manager in IT, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results and hands-on Agile experience.
- AI fluency as a daily habit with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n/Make.
Growth:
- KPI-based promotion policies tied to measurable delivery outcomes.
- Positioned to grow into Head of Delivery / Head of Product Operations as the team expands.
