Project Manager - AI Initiatives

AI Product Development:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of AI initiatives from concept to launch.
• Partner with product management and engineering to define requirements for AI-powered features.
• Build and maintain detailed roadmaps accounting for AI development constraints.

Internal AI Engineering Programs:

• Manage a portfolio of internal AI engineering projects for productivity and automation.
• Coordinate across functional experts to scope high-value AI use cases and drive adoption.
• Track program health and report progress to AI Program Office leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication:

• Serve as the primary coordination point across product, engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams.
• Communicate project status and risks clearly to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Lead post-project retrospectives to continuously improve AI delivery processes.
