PMO Portfolio Lead Canada Services – Delivery

First Week:

• Onboard and integrate into Toptal, meet colleagues, and learn about the company's history, culture, and vision.
• Shadow critical teams across the organization to understand core operations and capabilities.

First Month:

• Begin developing relationships with key leaders and stakeholders across Delivery, Account, Sales, and Talent Operations.
• Learn the Toptal Project Delivery Methodology and get oriented to delivery tooling and reporting stack.
• Take inventory of your assigned project portfolio: scope, billing model, health, and open risks.

First Three Months:

• Understand and embed yourself into delivery operations, including the sales-to-delivery handoff.
• Own the weekly delivery-health review and reporting cadence, maintain rigorous RAID logs, and handle first live escalations.
• Become fluent in each project's financials and able to speak to cost, schedule, and value-realization risks.
