Responsibilities:

  • Drive timely project execution and closure for invoicing and revenue recognition per the revenue forecast.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management.
  • Act as a single point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, building effective stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of client service and experience in an IT Professional Services organization preferred.
  • Experience in PMI Standards and approach; PMP certification preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to lead geographically diverse teams.

Personal Leadership:

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve results and manage in complex matrix environments.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical subject matter in a clear and concise fashion.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented professional with a focus on customer satisfaction.
