Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of concurrent cybersecurity engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, communications, and quality.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and communication cadence.
Qualifications:
- Project management experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to lead client and executive conversations.
Expectations:
- At 30 days: complete onboarding, integrate with projects, meet stakeholders, become proficient in tools.
- At 90 days: own a portfolio independently, deliver clean records, earn client trust, surface risks early.
- At 180 days: carry full portfolio, contribute PMO improvements, demonstrate fluency in cybersecurity service lines.
