Role Overview:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, customer‑facing AI and software projects.
  • Act as the primary client partner, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Work closely with technical, product, and AI/GenAI stakeholders to drive roadmap alignment and go‑to‑market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and all core project documentation.
  • Drive ownership and accountability, manage escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Mentor project managers and help advance best practices across the PMO.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer‑facing software delivery projects.
  • Proven success using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; strong analytical skills and risk management track record.
  • PMP certification required; advanced proficiency in MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI.
