Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX design, and cybersecurity to define technical requirements and project scope.
- Develop and own a comprehensive communication strategy, acting as the single source of truth for status and risks.
- Lead annual and quarterly OKR planning, ensuring teams drive toward measurable goals.
Key Requirements:
- Background in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, with deep understanding of the SDLC.
- Experience assisting in operational excellence or incident management for high-traffic applications.
- Highly organized with a Type-A approach, proven ability to develop metrics and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of technical project/program management or equivalent software engineering experience.
- Exposure to infrastructure, platform systems, or distributed systems migration.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing software and using AI tools for automation.
