What You’ll Be Part Of:
- iSpot.tv is changing how brands, agencies, and networks measure TV advertising impact.
- Our Operations team provides mission-critical support to sales, customer success, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scope strategic initiatives and author technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects, establishing milestones and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate regular syncs and status updates across technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs or enterprise systems implementations.
- Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured technical documentation.
- Proficient in JIRA and project management platforms to drive engineering workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills with experience using system telemetry.
- Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes to visualize user workflows.
