Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Regional Organizing Directors.
- Coach Regional Directors to build and manage high-performing Field Organizer teams, providing ongoing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Drive statewide organizing strategy and execution, partnering with the Organizing Director to implement campaign priorities.
Qualifications:
- You're dedicated to building a strong Democratic Party and electing Democrats up and down the ballot.
- You're an exceptional trainer and coach, with a track record of helping new organizers succeed.
- You're analytically sharp, use data to catch problems early, and are quick to propose fixes.
Compensation:
- $6,200 per month plus health insurance benefits.
- This is an election position lasting through November 2026.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder per FEC regulations.
