About the role:
- Serve as key relationship manager and field expert driving partner adoption of tactics.
- Ensure high-fidelity implementation across a portfolio of partner organizations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own partner relationships and support with intake, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Lead partner training and develop implementation resources.
- Manage inbound requests and contribute to data management and research.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant field program experience, including electoral campaigns.
- Strong relationship management and training skills.
- Proficiency in campaign tech platforms and project management.
