New Studio Opening Manager

The New Studio Opening Manager oversees all operational aspects of the new studio opening process, working with the operations team, development team, field leadership, and other cross-functional partners to ensure the successful opening of all new studios assigned to them. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert in the overall [solidcore] experience and ensure every element communicates the [solidcore] vision. They will motivate and inspire the new studio teams to create the best experience for all [solidcore] clients while being protective of, and working to spread, the [solidcore] culture. When not working within a new studio opening process, you will be contributing to the [solidcore] operations team and coaching classes within their local market. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is in proper working order, maintaining the physical space, and addressing facilities/equipment-related work orders. Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
