Job Description

This summer internship program is a 12-week paid internship designed to allow students to gain practical work experience in the Insurance field. This internship gives hands‑on exposure to marketing analytics, including campaign measurement, attribution, segmentation, and experimentation. Interns partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Sales to deliver insights that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. The program includes structured mentorship, cross‑functional meetings, and a final capstone presentation to leaders. The program will be highly collaborative and immersive, with interns working on real business problems that can span multiple business units within the complex insurance landscape.

Analyze campaign and channel performance (paid media, owned channels, web) to quantify ROI and surface optimizations. Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs (e.g., funnel conversion, CAC, LTV proxies, engagement metrics). Support audience segmentation and propensity analyses to improve targeting and personalization. Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; track results and translate findings into recommendations. Perform data hygiene and quality checks; document data definitions and analytical methods. Synthesize insights in clear narratives with visuals for marketing stakeholders. Present a capstone summarizing findings, impact, and proposed next steps.
