Technical Communicator

The IDeaS Technical Communicator is responsible for creating and managing a wide range of content that enables IDeaS clients to recognize the value of our products. This role uses creativity, data-driven insights, and communications expertise to create content experiences that are informative, effective, and memorable. The responsibilities include developing and managing collections of information products like online help, in product guidance, job aids, visual aids, and videos. The role also translates complex technical topics into concise and clear language, conducts research, writes and publishes release notes, provides feedback to product teams, and ensures effective communication methods are used. The role collaborates with the Learning Experience Design team and ensures writing standards and styles are followed.
