Responsibilities:
- Dig into calls and platform issues, trace failures through transcripts, logs, and configuration to find root cause.
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, deployment managers, and clinical operations staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in QA, support engineering, or technical operations on a production software platform.
- Strong debugging instinct, comfortable with SQL, APIs, JSON/YAML, and writing test plans.
