What you'll do:

  • Design and validate prompts, conversation flows, and tool integrations for AI agents.
  • Translate customer problems into new agent behaviors and prototype solutions.
  • Test systematically, reproduce failures, and improve agent performance based on call results.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years building LLM-based agents, conversational experiences, or workflow automations.
  • Experience with voice AI, speech recognition, or TTS systems and strong structured reasoning.
  • Practical programming skills with APIs, JSON, version control, and logs.

Helpful experience:

  • Agent tool calling, evaluation frameworks, or automated scenario testing.
  • Customer implementations or technical support translating real-world requirements into software.
