Essential Duties:
- Design, build, test, and maintain NICE virtual agents, with a focus on digital chat and self-service use cases.
- Develop conversation flows, intents, entities, dialog logic, and handoff scenarios across voice and digital channels.
- Configure and tune NLU models to improve intent recognition and customer experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Business Analysts, CX designers, and stakeholders during discovery workshops.
- Participate in design reviews, backlog refinement, and release planning for virtual agent initiatives.
- Clearly communicate bot capabilities, limitations, and release readiness to technical and non-technical partners.
Qualifications and Tools:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience building chatbot solutions, preferably with NICE Cognigy.
- Strong understanding of conversational design, NLU, and API integrations.
