Software Engineer, AI Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Advanced Post-Sales Consulting & Implementation: Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation.
• Technical Expertise: Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development.
• Focused Enablement: Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices.
• High-Impact Documentation: Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
• Front-End Design: HTML and CSS.
• Back-End Development: server-side applications and data manipulation.
