Senior Amazon Connect Engineer (Conversational AI)

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Connect Engineer to build enterprise-scale contact center and conversational AI solutions.
• This is a hands-on engineering role involving contact flows, AI agents, serverless integrations, and custom agent experiences.
• You will work with Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, and full-stack development while collaborating with customer engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing, and AI capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered self-service and conversational experiences using Amazon Connect AI and Amazon Bedrock.
• Build backend integrations using AWS Lambda, serverless services, and Infrastructure as Code.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in Amazon Connect or equivalent CCaaS platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React, and AWS serverless technologies.
• Experience building conversational AI or Generative AI solutions and deploying production systems.
