Job Description
This role involves strategic product vision with hands-on implementation to ensure technology solutions meet business goals. The Product Owner partners with business leadership to develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives. The position also authors clear business requirements with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
This position serves as an accountable owner for the product backlog with continual prioritization. The individual develops and executes change management plans for implementations and conducts user acceptance testing prior to deployment.
In this role, the candidate will establish and monitor KPIs for product performance and efficiency. They will also identify optimization opportunities across platforms to improve workflow efficiency and support disaster recovery planning.
