QA Engineer

Job responsibilities:

• Feature and bug fix testing on both web and mobile.
• Automated test case writing within Reflect.run.
• Test plan development in collaboration with a cross-section of engineers.

Workflow:

• Managing project ticketing workflow within Jira digesting stories and issues, prioritizing, and communicating severity.
• Executing and managing automated tests.
• Partnering with product/customer support to help triage and prioritize issues.

Additional tasks:

• Staying up to date with emerging trends, tools and technologies in mobile application testing.
• Using TestFlight and Play Store for mobile testing.
• Shepherd releases, coordinating readiness across teams.
