Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing

This role is critical as Maven scales its growth engine and expands market presence. You will be responsible for developing and managing our paid strategy to generate demand, optimize performance, and scale results. You'll own the relationship with our external performance marketing agency, develop strategic campaigns across paid channels, and work closely with our sales team to ensure we're generating high-quality leads that convert to pipeline. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the B2B paid marketing strategy and drive qualified leads monthly through multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, retargeting, and other emerging channels. The candidate will manage a performance marketing agency, providing strategic direction and ensuring campaign execution aligns with integrated marketing initiatives, while maintaining budget efficiency targets and improving lead quality scores through continuous optimization.
