We’re looking for a Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and help bring our clients’ monday.com visions to life. In this role, you'll work closely with teammates across North America and the UK, delivering impactful solutions for clients in a variety of time zones, primarily in the UK. Needs Analysis and Solution Design Conduct early-stage discovery workshops to unravel client needs and shape solutions. Identify client problems and requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Developers to plan and design creative solutions. Help clients make informed decisions tailored to their specific constraints. Solution Delivery and Change Management Guide clients on best practices for monday.com implementation and governance. Utilise IPaaS solutions such as Make.com and Zapier to create low/no-code integrated systems. Propose and execute process improvements to enhance client's efficiency. Apply various strategies for project and change management aligned with IT industry. Enable clients to measure the impacts of our solutions by creating tangible metrics. Compile comprehensive engagement reports detailing findings, recommendations, and solutions. Provide solution support and training to stakeholders and end-users. PreSales Engage with clients early in their journey, empathizing with their challenges and formulating solutions. Craft thoughtful proposals, detailing proposed solutions and effort estimates. Deliver application demos for a variety of client stakeholders. Organisation and Communication Juggle multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously. Act as the main client contact, ensuring efficient and professional communication. Prioritize and manage your workload effectively. Fosters two way communication with others.
