Project Management:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with support from internal teams.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects.
- Create SOW, Risk/RAID logs, and other PM documentation.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with third party partners and suppliers ensuring that all orders are validated and correct.
- Attend customer calls, customer video conferences and remotely manage on-site deployments, where required.
- Escalate issues to Project Manager Team Leader or Solution Delivery Director where appropriate.
Project Execution:
- Adhere to and apply required PM methodology.
- Ensure project documentation is created, current, and appropriately stored.
- Update internal systems, e.g., CRM (Salesforce) and provide reports to management as requested.
