Job Description
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 developers.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain team cohesion and motivation.
Development Contributions:
- Take ownership of certain user stories.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Design, develop, test, and push code to production.
Project Coordination:
- Develop roadmaps with R&D members.
- Interact with other leads to coordinate priorities.
- Serve as the point of contact for product and design teams.
