Role Overview:
- Develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture model for customers aligning with their enterprise goals.
- Act as transformation partner for CIOs and other CxOs, driving architecture effectiveness and cloud adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with virtual account teams to drive value realization and solution adoption.
- Guide customers through their cloud journey with focus on adopt and derive, using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
- Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks while bundling customer expectations into enterprise-level success plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with six years of experience, or Master's with four years.
- Experience with SAP Installation, Support, Upgrades, Refresh, kernel upgrades, data center and cloud migrations, SAP HANA HA and replication, hyperscale migrations, SUM DMO, and DR testing.
