You Will:
- Own mission-critical product surfaces that materially impact adoption, revenue, and ecosystem health.
- Lead development of expanded, robust APIs, webhooks, and SDKs that enable deep custom integration across all Smartsheet services.
- Define and execute a pricing and monetization strategy for the Public API.
Set Vision & Strategy:
- Define and evolve a clear, opinionated product vision and strategy for the Developer Ecosystem, aligned with broader company priorities.
- Own the developer journey, from discovery through activation to long-term retention.
- Define and track ecosystem health metrics (time-to-first-integration, SDK adoption, integration diversity) and ensure the platform lowers the barrier to building on Smartsheet.
Drive High-Quality Execution:
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver scalable, intuitive experiences that enterprise developers and business users rely on daily.
- Use experimentation and staged rollouts to validate adoption and product-market fit.
- Ensure instrumentation and feedback loops are in place to continuously improve platform outputs and user experience.
