Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute directly to core systems while setting high standards for code quality, testing, and architecture.
• Identify technical risks, systemic bottlenecks, and establish effective solutions and engineering defaults.
• Facilitate technical discussions and create shared context around architectural decisions and trade-offs.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience designing and delivering complex software and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in modern backend development with TypeScript/Node.js or Golang.
• Strong familiarity with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
