Must-Have Skills:

Proven track record of working independently in full-stack web application development with 5+ years of experience.
Strong front-end engineering expertise utilizing React alongside TypeScript or modern JavaScript.
Hands-on experience developing back-end microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Time Zone & Collaboration:

This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams in Central Time (CT).
Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Austin business hours.
