Job Description

Monarch is looking for a Support Engineer to help users get unstuck when they encounter technical, product, or data-related issues. Support Engineers work at the intersection of customer experience and engineering—digging into tricky data problems, resolving issues with aggregators, and improving internal tools and processes to prevent future issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, has empathy for customers, and thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment. The Support Engineer will develop deep product knowledge across the Monarch app and its data infrastructure, support the Customer Success team, troubleshoot aggregator and API issues, escalate bugs, and contribute to internal tooling improvements. The Support Engineer will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
