Financial Systems Admin

The Financial Systems Administrator updates, maintains, and optimizes core operating systems across stores and home office departments. This position ensures all financial system configurations are accurate, timely, aligned with accounting policies, supporting the integrity of financial data and transaction recording.

The administrator will maintain and update accounting system configurations, manage requests via ServiceNow, support standardization projects, assist with developing process guides, perform validation checks, conduct audits, and ensure strong internal controls. They will also maintain communication with various departments, build relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and support parts, body shop, and sales operations setups.
