You will shape how design, product, and engineering teams collaborate by creating systems that improve speed, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the evolution and governance of the design system, including components, design tokens, patterns, and documentation.
Partner closely with engineers to ensure product implementation matches design intent and contributes to scalable, high-quality experiences.
Build and maintain quality standards for interaction design, accessibility, and visual consistency across the product ecosystem.
