Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end design projects from research and problem definition through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to drive user-centered solutions.
- Conduct usability studies, research initiatives, and discovery activities to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading strategic product design initiatives with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Strong background in the full product design process, including discovery, information architecture, UX flows, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting independent user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product improvements.
