Legal Compliance Manager (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance programs for healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and AML.
• Draft and update policies, conduct risk analyses, and manage third-party due diligence.
• Prepare management reports and support transparency reporting.

Required Skills/Education:

• Minimum 7 years anti-corruption compliance with Master’s, or 5 years with JD.
• Strong knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and global compliance frameworks.
• Preferred 3 years healthcare compliance experience in medical device/pharma.

Desired Skills:

• Strong project management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to advise management on compliance issues.

Salary and Benefits:

• $145,000 - $165,000 depending on experience.
