Manage legal risk across business areas and contract negotiations.
Support bids & tender and sales teams by reviewing documents and providing guidance.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.

Experience:

Review, negotiate, create, and manage contracts.
Work in a high-pressure, sales-driven environment.
Simplify and effectively communicate legal information.

Additional Duties:

Monitor statutory/regulatory changes and prepare summaries.
Facilitate implementation of regulatory compliance, especially GDPR.
Help train employees on legal issues, including anti-corruption and ethics.
