Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice to help teams get things done.
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Supporting privacy-by-design within product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5–8 PQE, admitted to practice in Australia.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
