Privacy & Product Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advisor to product managers, engineering, product marketing managers, and security teams.
• Contribute to overall company success.
• Enable legal team alignment.

Qualifications:

• Membership in the bar in at least one U.S. State.
• 7+ years of combined law firm/ in-house B2B SaaS legal team experience.
• An ability to fit seamlessly into the legal team, but also work independently, and own multiple demanding projects.

Pluses:

• Understand that the imperative to being successful in this role will be learning the business and its products while identifying the attendant risks and likely client concerns.
• Excel at persuading others by understanding their concerns and recommending a compromise that facilitates a “yes.”
