Java System Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, validate and evolve the architecture of high complexity core solutions in the insurance sector.
• Define and disseminate best practices, mentor team members, and lead technical decisions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, resilience, and observability of the platform.

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a solutions architect or technical lead in high complexity, mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Springboot, Angular, microservices, and APIs in production.
• Experience with distributed architectures, event-driven, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and cloud (preferably AWS).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking core or regulated environments (BACEN, LGPD).
• Knowledge of legacy system modernization patterns (Strangler Fig, ACL, CDC).
• Proficiency in AI development (Claude Code, Cursor) and Kubernetes.
