Conduct discovery and mapping of the current technological context, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and risks.
Plan the target architecture and implementation roadmap, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Lead technical teams, review architecture and code, and disseminate agentic AI-driven development methodologies.

Technical Requirements:

Solid experience with Java (back-end) and Angular (front-end).
Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, and messaging queues.
Deep knowledge of agentic development methodologies (BMAD, AI-DLC) and technical leadership.

Differentiators:

AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
Experience in discovery/consulting technical projects with clients.
Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK).
