Business Development Representative

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage manufacturing prospects in Mexico/LATAM to identify concrete AI vision applications and qualify real opportunities.
• Map decision-makers and craft tailored outreach based on specific inspection challenges and solved use cases.

Team Collaboration:

• Partner closely with Vision Sales Engineers to hand off qualified prospects with actionable insights and learn from outcomes.
• Operate within tight feedback loops to iterate quickly on messaging and strategy based on market signals.

Operational Realities:

• This is a remote, self-directed role requiring discipline to handle rejection and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Success is measured on the quality of conversations and pipeline generation, not activity volume, with a focus on early disqualification.
