You will be responsible for the guest relationship from booking through departure and beyond. Outcomes include raising NPS, boosting CSAT, accelerating resolution, growing loyalty, expanding referrals, dominating reviews, predicting issues, systemizing delight, scaling team, and data-driven CX.
